Understanding. Then practice.

A small step you can
bring into your day.

Knowing an idea and being able to use it are different things. Some practices feel natural; others take repetition. Concien gives you a place to return—not another standard to live up to.

How we use your request

We use your email and any optional answers only to review your request and contact you about access. Please leave out sensitive personal details. Requests are stored privately in our Cloudflare account and removed from active storage after 90 days; short-lived backups may retain them longer. A few things you may be wondering.

Is Concien a meditation app or therapy service?

Neither. It is a practical field guide for everyday life. Mindfulness is one of the ideas it draws on, alongside psychology and approaches to making decisions. Concien does not diagnose or treat mental health conditions and does not replace professional care.

Do I need to follow a program?

No. Choose what would help today. You can use a brief reminder, try a practice or open a deeper walkthrough. There is no required order.

What is available in the first edition?

Thirty practices across six everyday areas, each with a deeper walkthrough. Search helps you find relevant starting points. The current guide uses prepared content, not an AI chatbot.

What will you ask of early testers?

Use Concien when a real situation gives you a reason to. Tell us what made sense, what did not and whether you found something useful to do. You do not need to share private details to give helpful feedback.
